Evolved Inclusion Release!

I’m very excited to announce Evolved Inclusion’s latest release! This release includes a much-requested feature that I’m personally very happy about: real-life data in Evolved’s gender-bias feedback.

What problem are we solving?

Evolved’s Gender Influencers analyzer shows you where your content may inadvertently be influencing the gender of your applicants. But there can be a lot of it! And some of you noted it isn’t immediately obvious how important one suggestion is compared to others.

New in this release

Evolved Inclusion now shows you how much more likely you are to find a gender influencer in postings where women are hired much more often than men. (and vice-versa) This gives you a visual snapshot of how extreme the language disparity is for any given gender influence suggestion. You can use it to better shape your content to attract your target audience.

Now with more graphs!

Of course, this release also includes numerous other improvements designed to make Evolved Inclusion even easier to use. Check it out!

More to Come

I’ll talk more about gender influence in language in a future post, but this release expands on a key part of Evolved Inclusion’s value: surfacing words that influence applicant gender. It offers a glimpse into how wide the gender disparity is in job posting language - a significant contributor to the diversity of your workforce.
